Where we deliver
We deliver throughout Morocco. If you are ordering from outside Morocco, email Ramah@schancebyramah.com before you order and we will quote for your address.
What delivery costs
- Orders of 300 د.م. and over — free.
- Orders under 300 د.م. — 30 د.م.
The charge is calculated automatically at checkout, so you always see it before you confirm.
How long it takes
Orders placed before midday on a working day are usually prepared and dispatched the same day; orders placed later go out the next working day. Candles that are personalised — the Secret Message and Gender Reveal ranges — need a little longer, because each one is poured to your wording.
We confirm the expected delivery date by email when your order is dispatched. If anything is going to take longer than we told you, we will contact you rather than let you wonder.
Tracking your parcel
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If you have an account, you can also see the status of your order at any time under My Account.
If something goes wrong
Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is broken in transit, photograph the item and the packaging and send the photos to Ramah@schancebyramah.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
If a delivery attempt fails because the address or phone number given was wrong, a second attempt may be chargeable.
