These terms apply when you buy from schancebyramah.com. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.

Products
Everything we sell is made by hand in small batches. Colour, surface texture and scent strength vary slightly from one pour to the next — that is a property of the craft, not a fault, and photographs are a guide rather than an exact match.
Where a product is described as customisable, the final wording or design is confirmed with you by email or WhatsApp before we begin.
Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirham (د.م.) and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, or a price or description was wrong — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
Checkout
Payment is taken through the methods offered at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Returns
Your right to cancel and return an order is set out on our Return Policy page, which also forms part of these terms.
Safe use of candles
Candles are an open flame. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets, curtains and anything else that can catch fire, and place it on a stable heat-resistant surface. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn and do not burn for more than four hours at a time. Stop using the candle when about 10 mm of wax remains.
Our cosmetic candles — the lotion and massage range — are intended for external use on the skin. Test a small area first, keep away from the eyes, and stop using the product if any irritation appears. They are not food and must not be swallowed.
We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by use that does not follow these instructions.
Intellectual property
The photographs, text, product names and designs on this site belong to Second Chance by Ramah and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, including Law 31-08 on consumer protection. Any dispute we cannot settle between us falls to the competent courts of Tangier.
